Deposit: Every customer will give a first & last month deposit, which will be paid when signing this agreement.
Payment: Your Credit or Debit Card will be charged on your anniversary sign-up date every month for the said amount above.
Use: You may wash your car once everyday, Monday through Friday when our facilities are open.
Cancellation: To cancel, the customer must notify Los Angeles Auto Spa. When notified Los Auto Spa will use their last month deposit for the following month, which customer’s membership will remain active. When that month is over the customer’s membership agreement will be terminated and customer will receive a cancellation verification code.
Business Disclosure. I understand that Los Angeles Auto Spa has the right to revoke, amend, or cancel this agreement and end the relationship at any point for any reason they deem necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Members may upgrade to a different wash at anytime and pay the difference between them. Only the car listed on this form is allowed to use this membership. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Los Angeles Auto Spa reserves the right to close or shorten hours of operation due to inclement weather conditions or at its sole discretion. I also agree to that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise. Lastly, I agree to obey all liability signs posted on the property while using their services.
Terms and Conditions: The undersigned (herein called Customer) does hereby make application to Los Angeles Auto Spa for a Membership as referenced above and hereby agrees to comply with and be bound by Los Angeles Auto Spa Terms and Conditions, as they currently exist and may hereafter from time to time be amended or supplemented. The Customer agrees to pay the monthly dues for the Membership referenced above which are subject to increase as described below. Membership is only valid per vehicle-enrolled in-person or online per this agreement. By executing and accepting the terms of this “membership” agreement you have authorized us, to make withdrawals from or apply other related and agreed upon charges to the account you have specified for membership dues. You further indicate by your hand or digital signature as a member, that you are an authorized signatory of the account specified for use in the collection of those same dues and fees. You understand that the above authority is to remain in force and in effect for the monthly payment amount as indicated for this agreement, and that you will follow our cancellation policy, which requires documentable notification from you informing us of your intent to terminate the membership via email, online, phone, or in person at which time a cancellation request identification number will be generated and provided to the customer for their records and proof of cancellation. In any event, you understand that the billing department will act promptly to stop further debit entries within a reasonable period of time herein defined as no longer than 4 business days from the date we receive such notice. The aforementioned cancellation notification requirements are, also applicable to any kind of memberships or promotions. Furthermore, promotions are valid for first time customers only. Any use or membership attempting to use more than one promotion or discount for an existing account will be charged the standard monthly rate.
Monthly Dues: Monthly dues will continue to be collected each month regardless of the member's usage until we are notified via email, online, or in person that you wish to cancel this agreement and only after a generated cancellation identification code is generated. Regardless of such cancellation, any outstanding balance of the membership fee will remain due and payable in accordance with this agreement. You may pay the monthly dues in advance for a full or partial year as annual or prepaid dues. Membership fees are not based on usage and shall be collected regardless. If you fail to pay any monthly dues payment within 30 days after the date of such payment is due, your last month deposit will be taken to cover the current delinquent fees, but your account will remain open and incur fees unless you cancel. Los Angeles Auto Spa has the right to come collect the delinquent fees at anytime via their own efforts or a collection agency. If eventually you want to reapply for membership, the customer must pay all their delinquent fees and start over under our new terms and current member dues & fees. Reinstated members will be charged a new initiation fee of $50. For dues that apply, customer hereby authorizes payment, through its debit or credit card account provided by the customer. Los Angeles Auto Spa reserves the right to change prices or cancel program at any time.
Marketing: By signing this agreement you agree to allow Los Angeles Auto Spa and its affiliates to market products and services to you, the Customer. Such solicitations may come in the form of direct mail, email, telephone, texting or other means of delivery. Los Angeles Auto Spa can use Member's information to any third parties for the purpose of marketing.
Hold Harmless: Los Angles Auto Spa is not responsible for any damage to customer’s vehicle that may arise from using this service or anything posted under our liability signs at the entrance. Los Angeles is not responsible for any property or goods that may be lost or stolen on premises. Los Angeles Auto Spa is not responsible for any injuries that customer may incur while using their membership. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service, without notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.
Governing Law: The laws in the state, in which the agreement is signed and, to the extent preempted, by federal law governed by this agreement.
Miscellaneous: The provisions of this agreement are several and if any provision is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions and any partially enforceable provision shall nevertheless be enforceable unless otherwise prohibited by state law. Our failure to enforce any remedy or provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such remedy or provision including, but not limited to, yearly increases in monthly fees or larger vehicle rates permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which can be imposed cumulatively at any time.
Terms, Conditions, and Purchase Agreement: Contract is per vehicle, automatically renews monthly, and is for personal use only. Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit card each month on the anniversary date of the contract, or in arrears if necessary, until the agreement is terminated by you or by Los Angeles Auto Spa. This program cannot be combined with any other programs or discounts. Los Angeles Auto Spa reserves the right to close or shorten hours of operation due to inclement weather conditions at its sole discretion. Los Angeles Auto Spa reserves the right to modify or cancel this Contract at anytime. This contract may not be transferred to another vehicle. For Family Plans, all vehicles will receive the same wash based on the package selected. For a vehicle to qualify for a family plan, they must be married to the primary account holder or be their child under the age of 21. Larger vehicle rates apply for each family registered SUV/VAN/TRUCK.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I agree that that this is a Contract and I will be billed for services every month. If my account falls into arrears, for any reason, I agree that Los Angles Auto Spa may back charge my credit card for all uncollected payments. Lastly, I agree to obey all Liability signs posted on the property while using their services.
